An Open Letter to Kal Penn - Please Settle This Bet

Dear Kal,

I’m hoping you’ll do me a small favor and help settle a bet I have with some friends. 

A few years back, I was with said group of friends eating at a Denny’s restaurant on the Las Vegas strip – the one near the Venetian Hotel – and you (or perhaps your doppelganger) were also enjoying a meal at a table on the opposite side of the dining room.  Perhaps you were enjoying the Potachos or Moons Over My Hammy or the Classic Grand Slam.  Maybe none of the above if you’re a vegetarian.  Regardless, if it was you, you were kind of far away from our table so I can’t provide any further details other than that it was rather late in the evening.  The point is, all it will take for me to win this bet is if I can get confirmation from you that you have, at some point in your life, eaten at the Las Vegas Denny’s.  It will strengthen my case if you can claim to have eaten at the Las Vegas Denny’s around the 2007 – 2008 timeframe.  Beyond that, I doubt there’s a chance of providing any more concrete evidence so it will have to suffice if you simply provide a brief note that you have visited the above-mentioned Denny’s.  Any additional details would be icing on the cake.

I sincerely appreciate your assistance with this and hope that your response will bring resolution to this matter amongst my friends and, hopefully, I can bask in the glory of winning this bet.
